My theory is that the reason the first warrant was denied was because it wouldn’t give the judge enough cover. He sent them back to get more supporting “documentation”

They then went back with a Yahoo News article and got the judge's consent.

Yes, the only real fault I see in the Memo is that it doesn’t hold the judge to account.

Incompetent? Or complicit?

Any competent jurist would have to recognize that a warrant to spy on a presidential campaign didn’t exactly fall under the normal use of FISA.

So, I vote for complicit. Let’s find out who this judge is and nail him along with the other traitors.
