On the same day the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released the Nunes memo showing the FBI relied on the salacious and unverified Trump dossier to obtain a surveillance warrant on Carter Page, a federal judge ruled to withhold the Comey memos. The memos, authored by former FBI Director James Comey, are about his nine private conversations with President-elect and President Trump.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who ruled in favor of the FBI’s request to keep the Comey memos secret, also sits on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The FISA Court is the same court that approved the surveillance on Trump associates.

Comey basically declassifies them himself by giving them to a friend so he can leak them to the press, and this moron Judge declares they have to be kept secret? Ay Caramba!!

Note this same judge ALSO SITS ON THE FISA COURT.
That is the next nexus of corruption that needs to be dissembled.
It would seem to me that lawyers worth their salt would go to the next judge(not a FISA judge) and argue that since the FISA courts have been tainted in this issue regarding the fake dossier that the federal judge blocking the Comey memos must recuse and stand down from this issue. Any FISA court judge is now tainted!
Actually not. He was appointed by Bush and if you look at a brief history of his rulings, they’re pretty spot on ie releasing Clinton e-mails etc.

Judge can be overruled if these memgos are subpoenaed and they will be.

Ohh...thanks for that info. Didn’t know it. Wonder if there will be another recusal down the road.
I remember learning about the three branches of governement but I must have missed the day about the "secret court branch" where no one knows who they are what gets presented to them and what there rulings are. Oh and apparently they are accountable to no one since no one even knows who the hell "they" are.
We need to END the existence of these extra constitutional FISA courts NOW.
I think we can protect the country just fine without them. With them we just might lose the country.
