Washington, January 31, 2018
House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes issued the following statement today:
“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objections to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies. The FBI is intimately familiar with ‘material omissions’ with respect to their presentations to both Congress and the courts, and they are welcome to make public, to the greatest extent possible, all the information they have on these abuses. Regardless, it’s clear that top officials used unverified information in a court document to fuel a counter-intelligence investigation during an American political campaign. Once the truth gets out, we can begin taking steps to ensure our intelligence agencies and courts are never misused like this again.”

Catherine Herridge on FNC this morning said the president has to de-classify it first. Has he done that? I got the impression from her that maybe he hasn’t.
Thre need be no “no objection” letter.
This appears to be pretty simple. They vote to release and give the Prez five days to object. If he does nothing, it gets released at the end of that five days.
If changes are not material, there is nothing to vote on. They can release it at any time. Side note: it’s not the president that releases it.
I hope it goes to a RE-VOTE and the Demo-RATS have to vote against the release one more time.....! Put them all on record then on TRIAL!
And if they are of a certain background, how about “L’Memo” or “Memoquesha”?
I’m thinking that they’ll release it when all 4 times zones are awake and running.

Exactly. Whichever story comes out first usually has the most impact. It would have been a most powerful strike, done before the Dems had a chance to plot strategies and plant more lies.
