The Democrats

Plan A. Use American Taxpayer funded (so you don’t spend Democrat money) government intelligence gathering personnel, facilities and equipment during the campaign to illegally make sure the Democrats win so they can keep looting the government treasuries.

Plan B. Use American Taxpayer funded (so you don’t spend Democrat money) legal and intelligence gathering personnel, facilities and equipment in an attempt to illegally remove the elected President so they can go back to looting the government treasuries.

Plan C. Do you really want to know? If Plans A and B were illegal, what makes you think they won’t do anything, ANYTHING, to be able to get back to looting the public treasuries?

The Democrats are desperate and have committed crimes. They need to be stopped now before they commit unspeakable crimes.

Well, yes. Rosenstein signed off on an extension. His position will be that he was acting in good faith, as the FBI and FISA court judge/s had already given legitimacy to the FISA warrant.
__________________________
He may try it, but professionally it is hogwash. The extension incorporates all aspects of the original application plus argues for additional time to further develop established fruitful crimes that are ongoing. There are no ‘rubber stamps’ in the application or extension processes for Title III or FISCA warrants.

Jake Tapper and James Clapper. There’s got to be a joke in this somewhere.

“...Fast forward to March, 2016. Candidate Donald Trump was under a lot of pressure, and the target of some ridicule, for not having a group of foreign policy advisers. Many veteran Republican foreign policy hands had specifically refused to help Trump, and Trump had no big names, beyond then-Sen. Jeff Sessions, advising him.

On March 21, Trump met with the Washington Post editorial board and told them that he had formed a foreign policy advisory panel. The paper asked him who was on the list.

“Well, I hadn't thought of doing it, but if you want I can give you some of the names,” Trump said. The second name he read aloud was “Carter Page, PhD.” Within hours, Page's name was in Post reports on Trump's foreign policy team.

It does not take a rocket scientist to think that, once the FBI saw the Post reports, someone there said, Hey — Page is that guy from the case of those Russian agents. It's entirely reasonable that FBI officials would have found that interesting — and they did. Director James Comey and number-two Andrew McCabe personally briefed Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the list of Trump foreign policy advisers, including Page, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.”

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/byron-york-as-memo-fight-rages-critics-ask-all-this-over-carter-page/article/2647777

Trump was being spied on from the beginning. Only it wasn't the FBI who first latched on to Page, it was Glenn Simpson at Fusion GPS, who then told the Compost and the Clinton people, who then told Comey.

Gosh, I wonder how Steve Miller really feels?

I'd figure that POTUS thoughts are just about the same.

Expect an epic tweetstorm after the memo is released tomorrow.

IQ test? It was a Freudian slip....he knew Hillary camp paid for and had control of the “dossier”.

After that they needed a “bipartisan” message boy to “deliver” his “concerns to the Director of FBI ( who already knew it was coming )

In walks the senator from Arizona. “ War Hero” John McCain.

It would lighten my heart to see MCCain’s story come full circle and he actually dies in prison this time.

Well, yes. Rosenstein signed off on an extension. His position will be that he was acting in good faith, as the FBI and FISA court judge/s had already given legitimacy to the FISA warrant.

That's not going to fly. Even if Rosenstein is not guilty of any wrongdoing, his signature on a FISA warrant application that was based on falsified evidence and/or perjury by FBI agents makes him hopelessly compromised here. His position (the Deputy AG) is directly responsible for the oversight of the FBI in the U.S. Justice Department, so he has a clear conflict of interest here. He can't oversee the FBI if he's a potential witness or target in a criminal investigation of the FBI agents who prepared the warrant application.

Clapper is a dum sumbitch but I am glad they keep asking him questions. He is always a hoot with his stupidity

He said they did not “wittingly” eavesdrop on Americans. Well I believe he does nothing wittingly. Dumber than a box of rocks
