Withdrawal of Flynn’s sentencing more “smoke” from Mulehead waiting on IG and Sessions. IG report will come next, after memo release. I had heard mid -Feb.

These four are an enigma. I do not have enough information. The only thing they all seem to have in common is that President Donald Trump interviewed and/or chose them for their positions:
  1. Jeff Sessions
  2. Robert Mueller
  3. Rod Rosenstein
  4. Christopher Wray

Ok, Thomas Wictor on Twitter and I agree and disagree:

We agree that Mulehead, if not a “white hat,” is WORKING as a “white hat.” Maybe he’s compromised & Trump got him, maybe he has been offered immunity from U1, others say he actually didn’t do anything wrong in U1. I don’t care WHAT his motivation is. Wictor says Nunes/Congress is a diversion from a Mulehead investigation prosecution of black hats. His argument is that Mulehead has been SOOOOOO revered and established by the Left that they will be virtually helpless to dismiss any investigation/prosecution he brings forward.

Further, Wictor argues that Flynn was in on this from the beginning; that as a spook/spy he is very used to “deep cover” and doing stings that last for years; and that the “pain and suffering” he has incurred is nothing compared to what spies are used to; and that he will be made whole. Wictor says Flynn KNEW what he was doing when he “lied” to the FBI to advance the sting, and that even, perhaps, he and Mulehead are in on it.

POINTS IN FAVOR OF WICTOR’S THESIS:
1) Mulehead has not really done anything to Trump or Trump people other than Flynn. Papadickless is a useless tool. Manafort (The Funnel) is dirty, always was dirty. HOWEVER, it appears both Flynn and Manafort now will walk anyway because of “discoveries” in the Memo. Gee. Almost like they knew that going in.
2) Flynn. Yes, this is behavior very appropriate to a guy steeped in Bill Casey-type spycraft.
3) Trump hired Mulehead. We just can’t get away from that. If Trump was stupid, & Mulehead was out to get him, no way he would have agreed to that hire. Remember Trump interviewed Mulehead for a job he couldn’t hold just a few days before RR hired him. I’m convinced there was a “go” signal here.
4) If Trump didn’t trust Mulehead, he would have demanded someone “fair.”
5) Trump has never given Mulehead a nickname. I find that VERY significant.

My thesis (which has morphed a little)
1) Mulehead’s job is to collect into, NOT prosecute. The DC Grand Jury is a biased mess (hence, the Clinton Crime Family Foundation investigation is being run out of . . . LITTLE ROCK). I think everyone knows that indictments brought through the DC Grand Jury against Ds will be tough to get convictions for.
2) Mulehead is basically “Patton” on D-Day, sitting in England “leading” a non-existent army, demonstrating, lots of apparent activity, but nothing really happening, while the REAL assault comes elsewhere (DOJ).
3) My reason for this is that like Wictor I see no evidence of Mulehead really moving against Trump in any serious way. His two convictions against Flynn & Manafort will be tossed-—but HE KNEW THAT.
3) Trump isn’t dumb, see above. No nick. See above.

So, that leaves us with, “Who IS prosecuting this?”

We currently have now THREE investigations of Cankles by DOJ:
1) Emails (going on “for months”)
2) U1 (going on “for months”)
3) the almost un-mentoined Clinton Crime Family Foundation investigation going on in Little Rock . . . “for months.”
4) There is a separate FEC investigation of Cankles for $84m missing in her campaign.
5) As a PART of DOJ, we have the IG report to Sessions. It will make recs to prosecute people based on Nunes memo.

(It is important to understand the relationship here: the Nunes Memo is a VERY VERY small sliver of the IG report dealing specifically with FISA abuse. Nunes himself says a new Memo is coming re: State. Given yesterday’s FOIA dump where Cankles was receiving the Presidential Daily Brief on her unsecured blackberry, this is major treason level activity). IG will note all this.

So in addition to Sessions’ 3 investigations (that we know of), and the IG/DOJ investigation (that we know of) there are also three congressional investigations that we know of-—Senate Oversight (Ron Johnson), Senate Judiciary (Grassley), both of whom have made new subpoena demands, and House Intell (Nunes).

We will NOT see the Senate intel committee move cuz that’s Burrito, the useless NC senator; but we may see House oversight under Ryan act.

So, to address your point, I agree. These four’s positions are not yet determined. Sessions SEEMS to be investigating three major elements of Cankles’ background, but NOT the Nunes stuff-—but he very well could be waiting for the IG specifics.

One thing to keep in mind. The American public must be on board for prosecutions to take place. No way, today, would they support indictments of Zero or Cankles. But, I think, as of today, they wouldn’t bark at Combover, MaCabre, Deep Stroke, Pageboy, or High Priest going down. Step by step.

Sessions, I think realizes that the arrest and prosecution phase is a PUBLIC RELATIONS as much as a judicial operation. So far, this has been extremely successful. For example, just one year ago, Ron Johnson was nearly a neverTrumper. Very anti-Trump. Now he’s leading the charge. Several of the House guys have come 180 degrees from where they were as evidence leaks out. They are symptomatic of what the public attitudes are. If Sessions moves too soon, yes, people could be arrested but not convicted. I, for one, do not want “arrests.” I want convictions. If these people are just arrested then walk, the outrage and loss of faith in government will be more than if they never were arrested at all.

But don’t believe everything you read about RR or Wray. If Wictor or I are correct, this is an intricate sting bigger than anything in American history, bigger than Gotti, bigger than Hanssen.
