Didn't Obama himself predict an irreversible negative trend for our economy?

Something about it taking a magic wand to bring back American jobs and to get the economy moving. The media have become lame, irrelevant and devoid of credibility

BO said all of the jobs that have come back would never come back.

It just took a real Leader who knows what he’s doing and doesn’t hate his country.

Washington Post June 7 2010: "What is a danger is that we stay stuck in a new normal where unemployment rates stay high," he [Obama] said in an interview aired Sunday night on CBS's "60 Minutes." "People who have jobs see their incomes go up. Businesses make big profits. But they've learned to do more with less. And so they don't hire. And as a consequence, we keep on seeing growth that is just too slow to bring back the 8 million jobs that were lost."

Obama's 2013 Budget: "In the 21st Century, real GDP growth in the United States is likely to be permanently slower than it was in earlier eras

Obama's 2016 State of the Union: "What is true  —  and the reason that a lot of Americans feel anxious  —  is that the economy has been changing in profound ways, changes that started long before the Great Recession hit and haven’t let up."

Obama in June 2016: “When somebody says like the person you just mentioned who I’m not going to advertise for, that he’s going to bring all these jobs back. Well how exectly are you going to do that? What are you going to do? There’s uh-uh no answer to it. He just says. “I’m going to negotiate a better deal.” Well how? How exactly are you going to negotiate that? What magic wand do you have? And usually the answer is, he doesn’t have an answer."

Lefty talking points now: Trump sure is lucky that Obama worked hard for eight years to turn around Bush's terrible economy and it all his great policies finally started to work a month after he left office.

Didn’t he say that manufacturing jobs were never coming back? That folks need to look for green jobs? Some BS like that.

Obama quotes:

Mar 10, 2012: “We can’t just drill our way to lower gas prices”

2015 SOTU address: “After a breakthrough year for America, our economy is growing and creating jobs at the fastest pace since 1999.

Yeah - it was the new normal, get used to it, nothing anybody can do about it, blah blah blah. They were working to convince people in a first world nation that third world poverty is the best to hope for from now on - for us maybe, but not for the corrupt scum that was going to manage and benefit from it.
