I think the moment that pissed me off the most is when Trump was stating his plans to address the opioid crisis and many of the Dems just sat on their hands. Pathetic. If anything should allow bridging of the partisan divide, it should be that.

I had to look to see who the author was ..... Piers Morgan - surprised me because the overall tone is quite positive.

I have a hunch that Trump’s job approval rating is going to get a bump. Stay tuned.

Fake news is really just another form of fake entertainment. Singers have auto-correcting software for their out-of-tune singing voices and I’ll bet movie actors have their ways of faking authenticity too. Fake celebrities?...You don’t have to love ‘em!

“seriously divisive and polarising President”?
Obviously not, Daily Mail.
And those “39% personal approval ratings” are probably not accurate either.

Dems have a huge problem with the tax bill. They were so loudly and strongly against it that its success/popularity is really hurting them because voters couldn't avoid seeing their opposition to it.
It really shows how much they are prisoners of their own most radical supporters, and the rabid anti-Trumpers. Some of those Democrats had to realize that at least in the short term, that bill was going to be a huge success. They knew it, yet their party's internal dynamics forced them to oppose it anyway. That may be what saves the House for the GOP in November.

Those that said that speech made them feel scared or angry need to seriously consider if they are living in the right country. They would likely be far happier somewhere else.

Staggeringly, 43% of Democrats liked it.Not staggering to me, or anyone else who ever attended a Trump rally...

Since when has the term ‘scared’ been used to describe a SOTU reaction?
