Legally these emotional support animals ARE allowed in
apartments/condos that don’t allow pets-—and when traveling.
It’s absolute madness.

The ADA only applies to service animals which are always dogs trained to do a task under their rules. I just looked and they say there are other rules for flights and various state rules as well. What a mess.
