I've seen reports that the avg IQ of a Muzzie is around 92 - the same as Mexicans. If the leadership is around 125+ (that is, 2 std dev above 100, the classic IQ range for higher professionals), then it's quite trivial to control the masses through military and police. Which is exactly what we see throughout MENA and Mexico.

Libprogs are quite confident they can simply keep the masses of Muzzie hoards down with a small cadre of information, economic & power tools.
