Of course he did not remedy that. He should have been deported after his felony conviction.
On good thing about a draft was birth status was determined. Today people just float along till arrest.

He committed a lot of crimes, got caught, and convicted multiple times. Actually, that’s not easy to do.
That’s the point of these crackdowns. ICE, the federal government could crack down much harder. But as word gets around people start getting prepared and self deport. It’s horrible but necessary. I also wonder what this man’s civic records look like? Crime? Welfare? Food stamps?
Well, he couldn't just walk back across the border into Mexico without any proof of Mexican citizenship. They SHOOT YOU for doing that.
