You dont know that. Maybe this guy was hell to live with and his family washed their hands of him. Could very well be true. On the other hand, maybe he had a severe case of PTSD which was untreated by our VA, and that's what drove him out of society.

Sorry, but it's been almost fifty years since the war ended. When will people be held responsible for their own actions instead of being described as victims?

Last Fall I went to a PTSD awareness training seminar. It can be very debilitating for many vets. The VA does a poor job in the diagnoses and treatment of PTSD. It is sad.
