Evidence mounts of Obama involvement in Dinesh D'Souza's selective prosecution

Would President Obama have been that petty to target a critic for draconian law enforcement over a movie? The way the Soviet KGB might have targeted a dissident?

Well, given the common thread of socialism in both, it shouldn't be a big surprise that he would.

It now comes to light that apparently, yes, he did. Dinesh D'Souza reports that he seems to have been in that unlucky category, targeted for any violation however minor, after making a couple of richly textured, artistically good and very popular critical movies about Obama. When a minor campaign finance violation was finally found after all that looking, D'Souza got the book thrown at him.

He now tweets that there is evidence for it:

My file—obtained by the House Oversight Committee—shows FBI red-flagged me as an Obama critic & allocated $100 K to investigate a $20 K case — Dinesh D'Souza (@DineshDSouza) January 24, 2018

and that quite a few government resources went into ensuring he got arrested for something, anything. Here's what he thinks might have been done, given the taxpayer cash that went into pinning something, anything, on him :

If Obama ordered surveillance on @realDonaldTrump in 2016, I wonder if he ordered it on me in 2012, leading to my selective prosecution — Dinesh D'Souza (@DineshDSouza) January 24, 2018

It's creepy to think there are lawmen with that little integrity out there to have not spoken out about such a blatant abuse of police power for political purposes. And it suggests that law enforcement agencies are shot through with leftists, which would mean no diversity of thought

But he still has a felony on his record. That should be removed

This is what I am curious about (and this would be the nail in Obama’s coffin)

Since they started the FISA applications in April of 2016, before Trump even won... Were there any FISA warrants for Cruz?

If so, this is inexcusable, indefensible corruption of the highest order.

If it was only Trump at least they can make the excuse, “He was just so bad and conspired with the Russians SO much, we just had to spy on him.” But they can’t make that claim if they spied on more than one Republican. I wonder if “the memo” has anything about this?

0bamaumao weaponized everything in the FedGov and used it.
He’s the head of this snake and should be the prime target.

That’s what I’ve always thought. VJ was in charge of the Obama political machine so her brother-in-crime could keep his hands clean. He was too busy golfing and vacation planning to be bothered with this political headshot. OTOH, as president he was ultimately responsible for the actions of his administration.

How did BO lie on a bar exam?

Two things if I remember correctly. He lied about his past drug possession/use, (which would have constituted a felony, and thereby prevented him from getting a law license in the first place) and he lied about never having used another name or alias.

It was all written up in the bar complaint back in 2008. It was this bar complaint that caused him to voluntarily give up his law license rather than face a disbarment hearing.

Every executive branch agency was on-call, weaponized by Obama, to punish political enemies.

There is reason to believe that NSA snooping on Dinesh D’Souza’s comms found the dirt the investigation used as a starting point.

Surprise! Surprise!

These people have to be prosecuted. I’ve read all the BS about how some people (Clintons/Obama/Lynch/Holder) are too important to prosecute, that Trump would/should just pardon them (a la Ford/Nixon), but they certainly should be prosecuted. They used the full force and power of the US Government, and its resources, to pursue and destroy their political enemies. That’s just not American.

If fully pursued, all this chicanery (using a ‘nice’ word) at the DOJ/FBI could not only end up in successful prosecutions of all the bad actors there, it could end up freeing a lot of other bad actors who were prosecuted by these dirty cops (as well as, one would hope, D’Souza). It was all too obvious the D’Souza prosecution was personal and very political by ole whatzisname, the last president.

It's good that this stuff is rolling out slowly, to give people a chance to accept the formerly unthinkable -- that a Democrat could be guilty of anything whatsoever and deserve justice.

This is the sort of thing that we heard about the Soviet Union back in the 80s. Now, the FBI is the KGB. Newsweek is Pravda, and there’s probably more religious freedom in Russia.

D’Souza is a very ballsy man. I have been shocked (pleasantly) again and again by many of the claims and revelations in his books and films. I really hope he will be vindicated. It’s just ironic that he was not a Trump supporter.
