IMHO, it’s not about national security, it’s about the ability to try the case in the court and not in the court of public opinion. Let Congress release the memo before the SOTU and we can all watch the Dems cower while they wait for each word he speaks. I just think he needs to stay above it and let his people take care of the release and the associated bad press. If Trump did read it at the SOTU, the MSM would explode and the underlying material wouldn’t be seen for months.

At this point I'm forced to wonder this: how much of the classified data system is being abused? It's obvious that there are illegal things being hidden with it. How about Non-Disclosure Agreements? Are they being used to prevent otherwise legitimate whistle-blowing
