How does a 15 year old boy learn this behavior - was it all from his Muslim cohorts or is it deeper...is it bred into them?
I doubt he’s really 15.
IMO, that kid was probably a basket case in his country of origin, too. I think Islamic countries are kicking out their excess young men and other undesirable and criminal elements under the term refugee. Why Western nations keep taking them in is beyond me.
JMO, but I would think genuine refugees would be a lot more thankful for chances and opportunities the West provides. Instead, stories of brutal crimes, murdrrs, self-segregation, and entitlement.
Short answer, yes.
Long answer, it is very hard for us to accept that other human beings are so different than us in thought, word, and deed. We are firmly in the 21st century, they are stuck in the 7th century. One of the differences, that nobody will talk about, is the incidence of consanguinity in islamic communities. To wit: (https://wikiislam.net/wiki/Cousin_Marriage_in_Islam)
"A rough estimate shows that close to half of all Muslims in the world are inbred: In Pakistan, 70 percent of all marriages are between first cousins (so-called "consanguinity") and in Turkey the amount is between 25-30 percent.
Statistical research on Arabic countries shows that up to 34 percent of all marriages in Algiers are consanguine (blood related), 46 percent in Bahrain, 33 percent in Egypt, 80 percent in Nubia (southern area in Egypt), 60 percent in Iraq, 64 percent in Jordan, 64 percent in Kuwait, 42 percent in Lebanon, 48 percent in Libya, 47 percent in Mauritania, 54 percent in Qatar, 67 percent in Saudi Arabia, 63 percent in Sudan, 40 percent in Syria, 39 percent in Tunisia, 54 percent in the United Arabic Emirates and 45 percent in Yemen."
Consanguineous relationships produce offspring with a much higher incidence of birth defects including feeble mindedness. As you can imagine, individuals afflicted with these problems are easily propagandized and easily led.
