You have great insight. I believe members of fractured families create the illegal drug culture which caused more fractured families. If there was a self-perpetuating machine, this is it. The illegal drug industry is a machine fed by human misery.
There is a post in the Corner of National Review in 2012 and it was 72% Black, 53% Hispanic, 29% White, and 17% Asian.

Well, I did not have a chance to get the actual figures. Just ball parking the stats.
