Nope. They must perform their duties but they will not get paid. The DoD clarified that earlier today.

They will still get paid. Maybe not on their normal paydays, but they will get paid. Appropriation law trumps funding bill. No one in the military works for free.

If it is delayed at least all the military Credit Unions will advance them their pay for at least one pay period.

This would not be allowed by the law or the courts. There are procedures involved which cannot be violated unless the law is changed.
