When was the last time anyone was executed for a capital crime in CA?, as I believe this should qualify.
That is, if they are convicted, naturally. However, following the verdict in the murder trial of Kate Steinle in San Francisco, I hold out little hope for any real justice for such heinous criminals in CA.
