agree JBW, even though i live in a small city in Texas on my own private park. i think Maryville is a really nice place. i like east Tenn a lot and have wonderful friends there. i am kind of in your situation as i have this beautiful oak covered 10 acre sec fenced park. i’m 64 and would like to down size.
Any place in East Tennessee EAST of Knoxville ... the liberal filth eating away at UT is a disgrace.
