Exactly, and you have to wonder if some of the leadership wasn’t urging them to, so the party could hand Congress over to the Leftists.

Of course that reveals me to still be missing part of the point.

We have Leftists in control of the House and Senate right now.

Granted, we have gotten judges through, but we couldn’t get Obamacare addressed, Planned Parenthood defunded, or a wall funded.

If Longhorn Cheese were the goal, we’ve still got Swiss Cheese in our leadership, and filtering down.

Reasons are mixed....many were not Trumpers as I understand, some in tough districts where they might lose, some to be primaried.. Quitters. One resignation was made because the rep had maxed his committee chairmanship and lack of power didn't appeal to him.

It's a positive. Resigners know quite clearly the electorate is NOT HAPPY with them and the sentiment across the aisle is currently hostile.

Which means they are members of The Swamp and part of the problem.

This draining of The Swamp is not going to be easy or pretty and our side is going to take some hits.

And there is no guarantee we'll win the war.

But Trump's my guy and I've got his back as a supporter. Nobody else even come's close in his abilities at knockin' heads in DC right now.
