I've visited a number of Third World countries.That includes countries in Africa,Asia and South America.Although it can surely be said that there are poophole countries populated largely (if not entirely) by light-skinned people the ones *I've* visited seemed to be largely populated by darker skinned people.

Does this make me a racist? Who cares! What I know about the general subject is based on *personal* experience,witnessed with eyes and ears that work at least reasonably well.
