20 point IQ discrepancy between both sides of the island, as well. Low 60s to DR’s low 80s. Both abysmally low but one is cripplingly low.

Other than the tourist area of Punta Cana, most of the DR is not much better than a regular s-hole that Trump talks about. I'll be going to Punta Cana for a wedding in a couple of weeks, but I've been advised by a couple of DR friends not to wander too far outside the Punta Cana area. Punta Cana is not representative of the rest of the country. People are still leaving the island in droves.
