Your question is really one of the simpler and more reliable tests of which countries really ARE shitholes. For clowns like Durbin or Flake to deny that any countries can be called shitholes is like denying that some towns in this country (or neighborhoods within them) can be called shitholes.
Graham can not be trusted in anything immigration related. He will do anything to move the ball towards the open borders goal, be it yards, feet, inches or fractions thereof; he would lie, cheat or steal... and if it were his only option, he might even tell the truth (although he could/would not tell it completely).
