“I simply shred the ballots every time they arrive but wonder how many other people choose to do differently...”

In close elections, when that last precinct is taking hours and hours to post (long after every other precinct has reported) { for some mysterious reason{, if her name is on the roll list, and she is not checked off, then she is definitely voting

My guess is New York State, Vermont and Florida are the worst culprits.

My other guess is most of the them are Democrats (although some may have changed from Republican to Democrat after death. :) )

Yep this account for the extra popular votes for Hillary. Funny thing is some of these dead or dual state voters did not vote or her count would be higher—the dead never vote GOP.

Voter ID laws discriminate against deceased Democrats.

“Republicans are trying to deny voting rights to the dead! This is discriminatory, racist and probably homophobic!”

how come a copy of the death certificate cannot be sent to the his/her voting?hometown to cancel. or a central database that can be tracked by voter registrars?

I’ll bet good money that the absentee ballots from nursing homes run 97% Democrat, for the dead and the living.

Amazingly the "margin of victory" in the popular vote for Ubershrew in 2016.

What party are the voting registrars in D counties? They’re coconspirators.

” I’m registered in 2 states. It’s up to the states to inform each other.”

Yeah right! Do you really think New Yawk wants their Florida “snowbirds” and “retired” Secular Progressive Jews not to be able to vote in Florida too and “help Cuomo out with his Communizing” of the US?

Seriously, if ballots are delivered to dead voters, and USPS delivered them, they’re the felons. They track everything else under the sun, they can sync their databases with death certificates.

The problem with dead people on the voter rolls is that if that fact is known by vote-cheaters a living person can illegally vote as if they are that dead person, and particularly using the many extra ways voting has become possible outside actually appearing at the local polling station.

The problem with fixing the issue is that little is in place in law or practice for getting death events notified to, or searched by, those responsible for voter registration.

The fact is that voter registration has been the poorest step-child of publicly financing & priority of government operations.

I think what we are going to see, providing the Republicans hold the house and senate in 2018 is a coming around by moderates who want to see the country come back to a state where there is a semblance of fairness in how we are governed. A lot of reform to fix many of the broken processes which result in cheating the system affecting millions of Americans.

I think it will only be then that both the rats and pubs could debate actual issues and let Americans choose their representatives based on real data.

“My mother has end-stage dementia and continues to receive a ballot for every election.”

You are one of the honest few. I have heard that the staff at nursing homes use absentee ballots to vote on behalf of their patients with dementia.

I don’t care how many dead people are registered, or how many people are registered in two states. That happens all the time when people die or move, and the local county clerk isn’t notified of the change.

What I want to know is how many dead people CHECKED IN AND VOTED IN THE 2016 ELECTIONS. I also want to know how many people CHECKED IN AND VOTED IN TWO OR MORE STATES IN THE 2016 Elections.

We never seem to get those numbers.
