IMPORTANT – We are no longer taking it for granted a FISA warrant was ever given to the DOJ because NO-ONE can prove a FISA warrant exists.IF THERE WAS a FISA Warrant issued against the Trump Campaign, or Trump Officials, by the FBI (Counterintelligence Unit), or DOJ (National Security Division), James Clapper would have to be notified of it.

Now, let’s look at what happens when James Clapper is questioned about the FISA Warrant, as he explains on NBC March 5th 2017. This is TWO WEEKS BEFORE the James Comey testimony to congress on March 20th.

There are only two options here. Obama/Clinton spied on Trump with no warrant or spied on him with an illegal warrant.

Here's my current best guess based on CTH information (this appears to be where the CTH story is going. I'm sure the story will change as more information comes out.):

• DOJ/FBI obtain information about Trump from the NSA database using "About Queries"
• These "About Queries" are illegal because they do not have a FISA Warrant to look for Trump in the NSA database
• This illegally obtained information about Trump is given to "Sources" like Christopher Steele
• I put Sources in quotes because they were not the source. The DOJ/FBI was the real source
• The "Sources" give the information to FusionGPS which is being paid by the DNC and Clinton campaign
• FusionGPS embellishes this Source information to create disinformation
• FusionGPS distributes this disinformation
• FusionGPS notifies the FBI of this information they collected from the Sources
• FusionGPS may think the Sources are real, but are really people being used by the DOJ/FBI
• NSA Director Mike Rogers discovers all the illegal "About Queries", then the crime cover-up begins

Remember, it is said that they WERE spying on Trump at first with no FISA warrant. Then we hear they decided to make it look legal by filing for FISA. It supposedly was first denied.
Then they went back and dressed up the dossier and refiled. It was supposedly accepted.

Perhaps the fact a FISA was applied for is nothing but a cover up for treachery and abuse by the Obama WH. Maybe that Judge was recused as part of the cover up.

GCHQ nor Obama did nor required any paperwork to monitor and spy on candidate Trump.

All Obama had to do was have his AG Lynch make a phone call to Robert Hannigan @DCHQ and tell him to monitor candidate Trump and his people. No FISA stuff or judges nor paper trails required nor needed!

Agree 100%. If obama/clinton criminals do not see jail time the country is doomed. Enough investigating, start arresting and prosecuting. There are so many we will need a new facility in Gitmo to house them all but we must do it.

There will only be one President Trump but there will be many more obamas and hillarys and they will be far worse if the current ones do not see jail time.

So many people are of the opinion we can not prosecute those from a prior administration but this case is so extreme that failure to do so will set a ticking time bomb for the death of this nation. Failure to hold these criminals accountable will also set us on a certain path to an extremely violent and bloody internal war.
