I can personally vouch for the use of a shovel as an expedient, and permanent solution to a cottonmouth crawling up out of a creek bed and inviting himself onto a place where people live.

No need to alarm anyone by shooting it...

Unless I have ear muffs on...I don’t have a lot of hearing left to lose and the tinnitus really sucks!
