It was bad enough as it was - thankfully O and that regime was short on work ethic and administrative skills, though long on treachery. One of the darker legacies left behind by that Regime was the concept of secret police in the US germinating and taking root - Hitlery's reign would have brought it to full bloom. As we know now, the DOJ was riddled with willing accomplices. Anyone who thinks stuff like that "can't happen here" needs to get their head out of their butt and study up.
