Washington state residents who don't identify as male or female will soon be able to choose X as their gender on birth certificates.
Starting January 27, they will be able to identify as male, female or X on birth certificates. The policy lets Washingtonians change existing documents; it does not apply to new ones.
The rule, announced Thursday by the state Department of Health, defines X as the following:
A gender that is not exclusively male or female, including, but not limited to, intersex, agender, amalgagender, androgynous, bigender, demigender, female-to-male, genderfluid, genderqueer, male-to-female, neutrois, nonbinary, pangender, third sex, transgender, transsexual, Two Spirit, and unspecified

How can a parent decide that their newborn baby doesn’t identity as their “assigned gender?” The world has gone mad!

I’ve called out by name on my web site statewide elected officials who have violated the federal and Washington state constitutions. The allowance for residents to choose an “X” gender wastes officials time. What if some in the “X” gender want to reapply to go back to their birth gender? Would they be allowed to do so?

so is “X” the same thing as “none” or “n/a”.

My sister in law decided her middle daughter should be a boy. She started cutting the kids hair super short and dressing her butch at the age of 3. She is a very nice little girl that didn’t embrace the brainwashing.
