Treats corporations under the tax law differently than W-2 taxpayers.

We all had access to the same deductions until this law was passed (except the deductions that were not applicable to W-2 filers. such as deducting employee wages, etc.)

This new law takes away deductions from W-2 workers for State and Local Income, property and sales tax (caps it at $10,000).

That’s unequal protection under the law (14th Amendment violation), as the corporations continue to get to deduct these at full value.

The $10,000 figure is arbitrary, local tax deductions are either permissible in their entirety or not permissible, not what some Goldman Sachs mieskeits says so.

The tax “cut” is also temporary for W-2 filers but permanent for corporations.

This law is on shakier constitutional ground than Obamacare.
