BREAKING: Senator Lindsey Graham Just Confirmed The Steele Dossier Was Used For 2016 FISA Warrant…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | 12/30/17 | Sundance

Posted on 12/29/2017 10:26:26 PM PST by Teflonic

Everyone suspected the sketchy Steele Dossier was what corrupt FBI and DOJ officials used to get the October 2016 FISA warrant against Trump. FBI and DOJ officials refuse to answer that question publicly.

Despite a hundred different ways congressional investigators have asked the question, and despite numerous on-camera questions to FBI and DOJ officials about the 2016 FISA process, no-one had definitively confirmed the Christopher Steele ‘Russian Dossier’ was the underlying evidence for the 2016 FISA application to gain wiretaps and electronic surveillance upon presidential candidate Donald Trump. UNTIL NOW.

Senator Lindsey Graham just confirmed the sketchy Steele Dossier was used to get the wiretap and surveillance warrant from the FISA court. Brian Kilmead understood what he was hearing was serious, but didn’t quite catch the specific gravity of it. Watch at 04:10

…The back-story to the FISA warrant is the cornerstone. The back-story contains both the FBI and the DOJ scheme. Expose it, remove it, and the entire ‘muh Russia conspiracy’ collapses under the weight of sunlight…

This is critical and important because the specific use of the Steele Dossier underpins the BIG UGLY and exposes the entire top-tier apparatus of the FBI Counterintelligence Division (Peter Strzok, Bill Priestap, James Baker, Andrew McCabe) and the DOJ National Security Division (John Carlin, Stuart Evans, Mary McCord and Sally Yates), as well as DOJ Bruce Ohr and FBI lawyer Lisa Page directly to “conspiracy” charges.

The 2016 FBI counterintelligence operation was surveillance on the Trump Campaign and was thinly disguised under the fraudulent auspices of a FISA warrant, sold as a defense of U.S. democracy from Russia, which permitted the wiretaps and surveillance etc.

Agreed. Especially since the legacy media won’t report it the way it should be covered.

They are planning on using the defense they gave Clinton in modified form: there was no bad intent for what they did.

That defense might work for Comey as far as the FISA request goes. He can say it was the agents below him that didn't do their Jobs properly and bad advice he got from his boss at DOJ

I watched his segment, and was more than surprised.

He's been an inconsistent pain in the butt for so long. A willing shill for the left as they go their merry way destroying anything decent. It's been hard to listen to him for a decade as he goes about his reach across the aisle charade.

To see him turn publicly the way he did shocked me. I literally stood up and yelled at the TV.

Something has opened his eyes, and what he said is going to rock Washington and the Senate.

Something big is about to happen.

After listening to the video clip posted on The Conservative Treehouse site, Graham does NOT explicitly say that the dossier was used to obtain the FISA warrant. Graham hints that the dossier was misused, but he doesn't say how. He just says he is "very concerned and this cannot be the new normal."

The sweet spot at 4:54 of the interview.

The “Dossier” is NOT in Mueller’s charter. How convenient.

Everyone involved in this scandal thought there was zero chance of Trump Winning. That is why tgey were so brazen. If Trump lost this never would have gotten out. Never.

This is being preempted by the recent news stories that claim “truths” in the dossier. If McCabe, et al, make that claim, then they might be able to justify using the dossier for their little stunt. In other words, they’ve already began, with the help of media, to set up their cover story. “we believed it”

Graham made it clear that it was how the dossier was used, not the dossier itself, that should result in appointing a Special Prosecutor.

He was obviously NOT happy with what he’d found out about the FBI investigation.

I agree, and the only reason to get a Special Prosecutor would be to sort out the crimes committed and prosecute those responsible. Otherwise, Congress could do the investigation and issue a "report".

So the DNC used a Russian-DNC author to write fiction,
to get a US FISA Court to allow the UK to protect
the Clowns in America and the Clinton-Murder-Associates
from the elected President of the USA?

All the while while arming N.Korea and Iran
with nukes and missle guidance systems.

In other words, just another day at the office of the corrupt FBI.

I won't hold my breath on that one.

Kilmeade asked Graham if he had learned something about the dossier, something about the contents or how it was used. Graham clearly laid out what disturbed him about what he learned by speaking about the responsibility of law enforcement presenting materials to obtain warrants before a judge. Pretty open and closed actually. I agree that he didn't use definitive terms, but there is no reason to doubt Rep. Jordan's view on how the dossier was used at this point.

Graham's "confirmation" to a journalist at Fox News on air is much stronger than if we were to read of it in the New York Times or Wapo and accredited to "anonymous sources", for sure. Let's take what is given

I am expecting to see a bigwig in the FBI/DOJ take immunity from prosecution in order to sink everyone else.

You are onto something. Problem is Sessions is in another thought pattern. He believes we should give the bad guys all the time they need to destroy evidence. He believes they should have the luxury of conducting their business, of coverup, on the Taxpayers dime. No one has been suspended. A few have been reassigned to steal money from a different Department. None of them need lawyers at this point and probably never will. Meanwhile, Mueller’s probe is bankrupting numerous people, none of which are Dems.

My, my, my.....such a precious group of conspirators.

Now, one detail that seems to be missing and/or under reported.

<>Who put the FIRST dollar into the creation of the “dossier?”

<>How does the mea culpa from the Washington Free Bacon fit into this timeline?

<>Is the root of this toothache a cracked Kristol?

Just from this article is a most interesting point. It is a crime to release Classified information. It is a crime to have it. So who is responsible to prosecute? Can these persons be charged with a crime by failing to prosecute. Pretty simple idea. Why is this not happening?
