Its not a good sign when you discover that everybody in a diversity workshop thinks the same way.

As the group got organized online, one member shared a screen grab from her Facebook feed, in which a stream of self-appointed diversity advocates pounced on a young woman who had shared her happiness about graduating from medical school. Almost immediately, someone minimized her accomplishment by attributing much of it to white privilege. The new doctor struck back, pointing out that shed climbed out of foster care and had worked her way through college. But to the diversity Puritans, she had no right to celebrate what they labeled an ill-gotten accomplishment achieved in no small part by her white skin. Their glee in condemning her was exceeded only by their mutual congratulations for being so brave to bully her.

I was a faculty member at a large, public northeastern university back when all this sensitivity/diversity training began. The Administration “forced” us, as a group, to attend a “training session.” It was “taught” by a man and woman, both of whom were white. After about 15-20 minutes of our hour-long session, a member of the Math Department raised his hand. His question was simple and to the point, “Who gave you your sensitivity/diversity training?” The answer? “Why no one.” The laughter went on for a few minutes.
The rest of the session was filled with these two attempting justify their “credibility,” to no avail. It became quite evident that these two could not wait to get out of there as they simply went through the motions and exited stage left.
“Diversity” instructors should be put up against a wall, next to “harassment” instructors, and shot.

Who needs a medal? Being kicked out of diversity training is its own reward.
It's worse than "minority rules". "American culture" didn't just spring up out of nothing. WE MADE IT. IT WORKS. And "we" who made it go back at least to ancient Athens, Rome, and Jerusalem. I say that the people who DIDN'T make it are the ones who benefited from it the most. And they should STFU, learn from it, and not try to wreck it.
Be not deceived: the "diversity" movement is a willful attempt to wreck American (or, more broadly "western") culture.
Years ago when I still worked for a large electronics company in Texas, as a department manager, it was my duty each year to sit with each of my employes and ther 'Employee Data Sheet' and verify that everything was correct.
I had one technician, Johnny (Juan) who wanted to change his race from Mexican to Hispanic. I asked him why and he said that he thought Hispanics got more goodies.
I called the personnel manager (a Black guy) and he told me to write down what-ever the employee called themselves. I did....Johnny and I both laughed.
This diversity crap and this bullying white intersectionality BS has to end or else America will be in a very violent mode. Worse than Crown Heights 1991 or Baltimore 2015.

Decades ago, the company, I worked for, started mandatory PC training for all levels of management. I was told that my style of interviewing was in correct and other things that I did. I decided to opt out of management and take an open territory as a sales rep. Besides marrying my wife, that was the best decision I ever made.
Another manager in his late 50’s was in that class. He was divorced and his former wife made more money than he did, so no alimony.
His adult kids were out of college and had good jobs. He and his wife had sold their home and split the proceeds. With his share, he bought a nice Air Stream and a pickup truck to tow it. He lived and worked out of the Air Stream. So he had zero financial responsibilities and was out of debt.
As mentioned above, he had been in the same PC diversity class as I had been in. On the first day, he told the instructor that he as a white/divorced male and a Viet Nam Vet, he was the guy who was discriminated against the most. He said he didn’t discriminate. Anyone, who was dumb and an asshole, he made jokes about them.
That discussion continued the next morning, and he was asked to leave by our manager and the Diversity/PC instructor.
He went home to his trailer.
The next day, he got calls from the next level of management to the top, they said that he had to apologize to the PC instructor and had to attend the Diversity Class and not be an ASS.
He apparently read them so stuff from his SMAF, and worked out a deal. He would step down from management and take a small territory (not really a territory) from Crescent City, Ca to Gold Beach Oregon until he was 62. He maintained his salary, company car and other benefits until he turned 62 and officially retired. He never apologized to anyone for his remarks. He was a winner of both top salesman and manager awards before the Diversity bs hit.
When he turned 65, he sued the company for discrimination against him as an older manager and a Viet Nam rep..That time, he got the age 65 pension and enough back pay to buy a bigger Air Stream and a new Dodge Ram pickup. He kept that trailer and pickup in one of the wine counties. He lived until he was 75, and he never apologized.
Race relations were much better before Obama.

I’m not clear though if I’m allowed to “identify” as what I want and also not be guilty of cultural appropriation. /s
Despite her inflammatory approach, the workshop leader was right about one thing: The responsibility is on those of us whove benefited most from American culture (thats us college-educated white women) to take a step back and let other women set the agenda for once. Maybe for a good while.
Or genocide—the Final Solution to the “white problem”.

In all seriousness, if “diversity” is about “diversity”, then how does one get kicked out of “diversity” class?
diversity = equality redistribution
She harbors white guilt, which has been taught to white children for decades now. We are the problem, and the only solution is to eradicate us completely. You see genocide of white people is completely acceptable. After all, we are the only race who can harbor racism. At least that is the message being spewed forth, even by white people.
