You have to give McConnell and Ryan some credit for keeping the cats herded through this ramshackle process. They used the threat of Trump well, and the president played his role well. This is pretty close to the tax plan they ran on, and they actually got it done, minus the BAT which would have made it a lot more attractive in terms of the individual code.
So far, so good but I will keep praying, not wanting to .....count my chickens before they hatch......
