He means there are literally 10s of thousands of career FBI agents doing numerous types of police work every single day. For the most part they are probably decent folks. In any case, you and I certainly don’t know that they aren’t.

Sessions is their boss and is not going to throw them all under your silly Never-Jeff bus simply because a handful of political appointees at and near the top are rotten - and are being dealt with slowly, which is how the wheels of true Justice turn.

How about you try to rob a bank tomorrow and see how ‘dysfunctional’ the FBI is in that regard? My only advice if you decide to try is... “watch your corn hole, buddy.”

Did you see the ovation the rank and file FBI gave to Trump today? The career guys don’t like corruption any more than you do. And they know Trump is not talking about them. Crimony crickets, even Comey initially wanted to recommend Hillary be indicted based on his early drafts. And, no, I’m not defending his later cave-in - he should be in trouble for that himself and I believe his already is. Have a little maturity and patience. This isn’t mob justice, thank God.

By the way, Trump got the rank and file ALL to laugh out loud by making a crack about the Fake News folks covering the event.

The man has a great sense of humor. And understands better than any pol in my lifetime how to level verbal subliminal messaging. In front of the hall full of investigators, he pointed out that some news is valid, some is not. Just like FBI employees.

And, yes, the wonderfully productive (immigration especially) AG was at Trump’s side. As he has been long before any other DC folks were.

Only short-sighted, name calling folks throw a guy like the extremely conservative Sessions away when he is accomplishing his boss’s number one goal so well - stopping the illegal immigrants, beating back court challenges to the Don’s great refuge rules, going after sanctimonious cities, etc.
