You wouldn’t. The only way to determine that would be through a recount. The state has established thresholds at which recounts should take place. Additionally, a candidate can choose to pay for a recount if outside the state’s threshold.

given the amount of voter fraud when both parties are fighting it out, imagine how much more fraud there would be when both parties are fighting to get Dem Jones elected in this particular case.
Where are you getting 670,000 votes? This election was swung by about 21,000 votes - and that’s not yet counting the military absentee ballots. How many fraudulent votes can there be? Well.... Jill Stein gave up on finding it out when she realized they were finding a LOT of fraudulent votes that all seemed to go for Hillary...
We have screenshots of Reddit asking out-of-state dems to go to AL and vote. We have video of an elated out-of-stater saying they had come from all over the country to vote for Jones and had gotten him elected.
The democrat counties reported after a long delay and a former official from that area has said there is always fraud there.

DHS had warned about “Russian” (ha!) hacking attempts on AL’s voting database, saying that the big danger is that somebody could hack the system and disqualify voters. If that was the case, those people would file provisional ballots, as happened in Madison, and Jones beat Moore by about 20,000 votes in Madison County.

1,318,255 people in Alabama voted Republican in 2016.
649,240 people in Alabama voted for Roy Moore in 2017.
1,318,255 - 649,240 = 669,015.
Of 1,318,255 available voters, Roy Moore could only convince 649,240 to vote for him.

Did the deep state possibly scrape up dirt on Judge Moore before the primary election, and then cheat for him to win the primary without his knowledge, subsequently using allegations to keep conservatives home for special election while cheating for his opponent?
Deep state possibly had comparable plan when McCain / Romney ran against Obama, McCain / Romney arguably volunteering to lose their respective races against Obama.
In fact, I agree with Tammy Bruce that deep state is probably desperate enough to get rid of Pres. Trump to work with media to try to flip the Senate to Democratic control in the 2018 elections so that Congress can continue to ignore the will of citizen voters by killing Trump's vision for MAGA.

Patriots now need to be making sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the 2018 primary ballots, and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to D.C. on election day.
And until the ill-conceived 17th Amendment is repealed, patriot candidates need to win primaries and elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.

How many votes have you gotten when you’ve had the democrat party complete with all the Soros money you could want, the GOPee party complete with all the threat power over future campaign funding, the media’s power to tell a lie and get it around the world twice before the truth can get its shoes tied, the likes of Gloria Allred and all the trash she can buy with a Clinton $100 bill in a trailer park, and all the powers of Hell against you?
Moore isn’t perfect. Maybe isn’t even good. But he’s not safe in his luxury box criticizing the sweat beads on the wrestler battling it out in the ring.

Hillary outspent Trump by something like 2:1. And that was just the money that got reported. People didn't like what Moore was selling. That's all this was.

You ignored the other 4(?) things that I listed. This wasn’t just Soros money. This was EVERYBODY WITH POWER going against the man.
You can’t look at the videos of the buses coming into Mobile the night before the election and the video of the ecstatic Jones supporter saying they had come from all over the country to vote and canvass and had gotten their guy elected.... and still say, “People didn’t like what Moore was selling. That’s all this was.”

What is reasonable and what is required by law as established by the Alabama legislature are two different things. Do we want judges to make decisions based on what they think is reasonable or what the law actually says?
The thing is, Moore left 670,000 votes on the table. That is a mind blowing number. But even without those votes, if he had just gotten the write in votes which were most likely Republican protest votes he would have won, even with Democrat tricks.
People here were very hard on Luther Strange who was Trump's original candidate of choice. I think many folks on this forum are having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that they bucked Trump and it blew up in their face.
What we want is all electronic records to be retained.
Whatever the case, we can be certain the Jones team, through Soros and others, cheated.
Everybody is second-guessing themselves. Hindsight is 20/20.
My gut feeling is that people think we have the luxury of playing politics. We don’t. We drain the swamp, pronto, or we die. Period. People NEED to see exactly how much danger this country is in. And the media and establishment are not allowing that to happen, because THEY are the danger.
I’m hoping and praying for a miracle. Trump being elected was a miracle, and I hope the Lord uses him to preserve a nation that quite frankly has thrown Him to the curb.
