Female actresses attending this year’s Golden Globes ceremony are reportedly planning to wear only black in protest of the widening sexual abuse scandal that has engulfed Hollywood this year. According to E! News, the plan originally started with just a small group of women but gradually grew as other women wished to express solidarity.
“So all of the female actresses and attendees, or most of them at least, are standing in solidarity together in a form of protest,” said ceremony host Jackie Oshry on The Morning Breath radio show. “They’re all going to be wearing black, obviously to protest the injustices that have been taking place in Hollywood since forever.”
Actresses nominated for awards at the ceremony, which takes place 7th January, include Emma Stone, Meryl Streep, Judi Dench, Michelle Williams, and Sally Hawkins.

I’m curious about what the male actresses are going to wear.
I was just thinking that actresses could either go full coverage you can’t see me black, or revealing look but don’t touch or say anything and don’t you dare slut-shame or objectify me black, and then I thought they could just wear tuxes like the men.

Nope. That would be Lady Victoria Hervey, member of the British nobility, at some film awards event. I didn’t notice Weinstein Companies on the backdrop until after I posted.

Black burkas would be more appropriate.
I am sure there are plenty of terrible wrongdoers and blameless victims there but I can't seem to get too worked up about it. With perhaps one exception God didn't pick the winners and losers in Sodom and Gomorrah. He nuked it all.
So Hollywood can go ahead and wear black. Then have a bake sale. I couldn't care less.
They all knew what they were getting into and accepted it as part of doing business, THEY ARE ALL HYPOCRITS
