I am so sorry. My husband died 15 days after his diagnosis of inoperable GBM. It took him so fast, I still can’t believe he is gone. Even if operable, GBM tumors grow back, so the prognosis is never good.

I'm so sorry, my condolences to you. The surgeons were able to operate on my Sister, but they told us once they got in, they found that the tumor had spidered out into her brain, so they couldn't get it all. She got chemo and full radiation afterwards and it extended her life, but at the end in hospice, it was pretty bad for her. I lost my Wife to cancer this past June. Lost my Mom to cancer when I was 2 1/2, so cancer has taken a toll on my family, especially to the women I loved, my Mom, my Sister and my Wife. Cancer sucks!
