So whats your take on why the biggest EITC States are in the South?
Low wages and large families?
More illegal aliens committing fraud?
Higher percentage of gibsmedats , both white and black?

High percentage of EITC in Southwest would be illegals and “Dreamer” families. The high percentage in the South would be poor whites and blacks.
