98% which is about how much Democrats DON’T care about blacks. How many times are blacks going to allow themselves to be scammed until they wake up? They even had a black guy as President and even HE didn’t do anything for them! Matter of fact he made things a zillion times worse, flaming race relations, sending in his community agitators to start riots, entire black neighborhoods destroyed. Don’t it seem strange to them how not one riot has broken out since Trump took office but just about one a month was happening under Obama? The bottom line is Democrats-do-not-give-a-rats-ass about blacks in this country. The only good thing Democrats have ever done for blacks is lose the Civil war, but other than that they’ve done NOTHING positive and I really don’t know why blacks keep buying into the con.
Democrats have kept blacks subservient with their decades of welfare programs, creating the slums and the hood. Blacks haven’t figured that out because the free gov’t money is just too tasty. Eight years of Obama and Democrats and a high black unemployment rate, high abortion rate, more on food stamps, and more black fatherless families.
He’s playing to the battleground states. PA, OH, MI, etc. A huge black turnout there will make it very tough for POTUS to win in 2020.

Black women are the most ill treated members of society. Particularly by Black men.
They also constitute around 7% of the population.
