The IG report is the biggie. Jan. 15 hopefully. They are all deferring to it.
IG Horowitz is an Obama appointee. He's the IG who whitewashed the Fast & Furious report.
Horowitz will give cover the higher-ups in the FBI, at the DOJ and above that. Rosenstein will do what Horowitz tells him. Sessions will do nothing.
