Ala requires a recount if margin is .5%. The absentee ballots, etc will not be finished counted til Dec 19-22....so we will NOT know who really won, or if there will be a recount until Dec22-Jan2?, according to 1 article I read. OANN has given some info on it.

Since they pulled their “Moore wins” story and replaced it with a “page not found” instead, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
