The strong sexual attraction, reaching into unwantedness, impoliteness, injurious force, is because Mother Nature can’t afford for one of her species to disappear because they didn’t mate.
I see it in simple terms. If you do something to someone that they don’t want, that’s a bad thing and you’re being bad. If you seek to attract someone in order to take advantage of them, that’s also a bad thing and you’re being bad.
Having such people in leadership positions is an especially bad thing.
The Romans had a nifty saying along these lines: you can try to drive out Mother Nature with a pitchfork but she always comes back.
