Moore’s vote percentage in the Birmingham area just doubled. Remaining precincts in that area may not be as pro-Jones as previous precincts. This “could be” good ..
At this point that is Moore’s only chance, that the heavy dem precincts in the dem cities have been counted and others are giving Moore a higher number of votes.
Looks like the dems are going to hold Montgomery until the very end and see what they need
