I bought it at the right time, as Walmart had whole turkeys the week before Thanksgiving for 38 cents a pound. I have lots of freezer space, so bought 3 of them.
Dang... good for you! Good shopping, Alas. I swear the basement chest freezer has “paid” for itself over and over. I’m hoping turkeys are cheaper for Christmas... we all like turkey in the summer ( I guess since we haven’t had it since the Winter?).
