Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia wrote Monday: “In sum, having carefully considered all of the evidence before it, the court is not persuaded that defendants will be irreparably injured by allowing the accession of transgender individuals into the military beginning on January 1, 2018.”

Kollar-Kotelly was nominated by President Bill Clinton on January 7, 1997, to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia vacated by Judge Harold H. Greene. She was confirmed by the United States Senate on March 20, 1997.

On October 30, 2017, Kollar-Kotelly blocked the enforcement of President Donald Trump's ban on transgender individuals from serving in the military.

What a bizzaro world.

What a bizzaro world.

Not really

When Trump assumed power there was a very small window in which he needed to rule with an iron fist and make examples of domestic enemies in the government, press, and academia.

He chose instead to try to play the WASHINGTONIANS game, and they have been wildly successful at thwarting everything he's tried except of course, for raising taxes on middle class working families that actually pay taxes.

Failure to address the demographic changes put in place by Ted Kennedy and the communists in 1965 and accelerated by the democrats for the last 50 years, as well as continuing to allow Banksters and Crony Capitalists to set tax and fiscal policy has now ensured the destruction of the ability of the white middle class as masters of their own destiny.

We are slaves of the Washingtonians, they rule by fiat.

Elections mean NOTHING if the victors are not prepared to do what it takes to effect meaningful change.
