One general ordered a MOAB, our largest non-nuclear bomb, and he dropped it on an ISIS tunnel complex in Afghanistan. Destroyed a mess of ISIS leadership and a whole lot of Paki ISI who were helping them. He didn’t have to ask permission to do this.
Nothing of this sort ever happened under Obama. But then maybe that is exactly what Obama wanted.

This is a right wing slam on President Obama. WHY would anyone think that a President with a Muslim name, who was raised in a Muslim country, with a Muslim father and step-father, that he would NOT want to defeat Muslim terrorists?
President Trump stated that Hillary and Hussein Obama were responsible for ISIS. This statement by Trump may be one of the reasons that Hussein Obama recently compared President Trump to Hitler.
Hussein worked hard with the Muslim brotherhood to be fair to both sides of the conflict. It could be said that Hussein reasoned that by arming the Muslims and overthrowing governments so that Muslims could rule instead of the dictatorships in Libya and Syria, that peace in the world would come that much sooner.
Hussein Obama knows that Muslims believe that the world must be at war until all are either converted to Islam OR they are killed in jihad. By bringing Muslims into the west in large numbers, Hussein was giving westerners a choice, either convert to Islam or die by jihad.
Most of this post is sarcasm. Of course Hussein Obama was working to strengthen Muslim terrorism. All Muslims are commanded to deceive infidels so that Islam can rule the world and it's very clear that fooling Americans about Islam's intentions is child's play. Hussein did not order his ISIS terrorists attacked because he was working for them, not us.
