The other GOP candidates would have lost - either intentionally (JEB!) or lack of a fighting spirit (Cruz, et al).
And he should have again asked the Russians for copies of those 33,000 deleted emails.

I admired and respected Mayor Koch.
I thought he was very intelligent, and honest. I don’t recall any serious scandals under his watch.
Well, unless you count the Donald Manes thing, in the Bronx. I don’t think any of that ever touched Mayor Koch, but I guess he was the top guy at the time.
