Terrorism (ISIS) is a mere sideshow designed to distract the West. But still, I do enjoy watching them die.
The sad truth, as demonstrated by Iraq and Afghanistan, is that we are not ruthless enough for this work.
Certainly we want to kill them ‘over there’ but we have folks willing to do the ugly part of this work for us - the Sov, er, Russians, and the forces under Assad. We should assist and encourage them, covertly, while they exterminate ISIS, the ‘rebels,’ and their supporters, rather than doing a half-assed job it of it ourselves because of squeamishness on the part of us Americans.
We should also help them diplomiatically by foiling the Euroweenies who probably started this whole mess in the first place.
