How terrified that poor victim must have been while trying to follow this officer’s rambling and conflicting commands for several minutes. There is no excuse for this.

The clown officer was ranting kneel, cross your legs, making over the top threats, etc. He is an extreme nutcase.

They sounded pretty clear and non conflicting to me. After saying that though I am not sure what made the policeman fire at him. It seems as though when he got to the bag on the floor he did something which caused the policeman to shot. Apparently that was trying to pull up his shorts that were coming down from crawling. Memo to self, if ever placed in this position let pants come off.

The problem is that unless you are a cop you do not understand the things they have been exposed to that make them perhaps a bit too fast on the trigger. They want to go home safe & sound at the end of their shift too. The investigator noted he did not see anything that would have prevented officers from simply handcuffing Shaver as he was on the floor.

What really surprises me is the fact that a jury found him not guilty. But all in all it is a tough call either way.

Bottom line for me is that this person does not need to be in law enforcement.
