This should NEVER have been an issue. The powers of the President are absolute concerning this, even if the media is paid to cry about it!
Its not a full victory, just yet... as they are still waiting on the lower courts to decide so they can hear the case, this just means the rules will be in effect until that time happens.

And a Federal Judge of the 9th circuit is writing a stay on the ban as we speak.
How is an executive order unconstitutionally challenged by the courts and then unconstitutionally ‘resolved’ by the courts many months later, winning?

I doubt they want the case that is in the lower court right now to even reach the Supreme Court because it will reaffirm the true power back to the President In makes orders to Protect the Country. Because it will be the end of that for many generations to come.
