Bob Mueller ‘Has a Huge Conflict of Interest,’ Says Former Assistant FBI Director
breitbart ^ | DANIEL J. FLYNN

Posted on 12/04/2017 7:12:08 AM PST by davikkm

The former assistant director of the FBI wonders who investigates the investigators in the wake of former Trump administration national security advisor Michael Flynn pleading guilty to lying to the FBI and agreeing to cooperate with special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe. “Bob Mueller should have never been offered nor accepted the job as special counsel as he has a huge conflict of interest,” Jim Kallstrom tells Breitbart News. “He should have recused himself.”

Not only do observers describe Mueller and the man he recommended to replace him as FBI director, James Comey, as close or even best friends, but the special counsel pursues an investigation heavily involving the bureau he once led. How one maintains detachment in leading a team that includes numerous anti-Trump partisans in a probe involving one’s close friend and the former bureau for which Mueller served as director goes unexplained.

Other problems Kallstrom sees include the means by which investigators obtained information and what constituted probable cause to obtain it.

“The Obama administration apparently, had the advantage of using electronic surveillance, collecting information on the Trump campaign,” Kallstrom explains. “That collection, in my view, may be found to be unlawful.”

Seems like this might not be the first time we’ve heard this from Kallstrom.

Am I crazy? Why is this person still have a job as Special Counsel??? Trump and Sessions in charge of the agency doing the investigation of themselves? Wow have we ever gone down the rabbit hole.

The Special Counsel has not even identified a crime that was committed - last I checked "COLLUSION" is not a crime.

President Trump and Sessions biggest mistake not eliminating the Special Counsel and setting up a new one with Hillary as the feature jackass. Then go after them all, the criminal communists Democrats like Mueller for one.

Other problems Kallstrom sees.....

How about the fact there was no actual crime committed. “Russian influence” is an intelligence matter not a criminal one.

Heinrich Mueller needs to be fired. Sessions should do it, then resign, to salvage what’s left of his former integrity.

What evidence do you have that there is no investigation in process?

I t would seem to me that the damning information coming to light is in fact background for the removal of Mueller and the arrest of those complicit in the original FBI attempt to subvert justice. The evidence is that agents in the FBI did in fact maliciously and purposely obstructed justice by providing what amounts to politicized clearance of Hillary Clinton and a host of people complicit in the crime. Those complicit includes Barack Obama

BB should post an all encompassing article about the politically compromised agency.

1. McCabe’s wife takes $500k from Terry MacCaulife
2. McCabe is given asst director position by Comey overseeing Clinton crimes.
3. Comey botches Clinton investigation filling the task force on emails w compromised partisan hack agents. One of which was just fired by special counsel.
4. Comey exonerates Hillary before ever interviewing her instead of putting her under oath. Comey gives her attorneys some kind of informal immunity at interview.
5. Comey decides he is the overseer of the entire Judicial system after the Lynch Clinton tarmac meeting, gives press conf detailing his belief that he has this power.
6. Bureau attempted to cover up the Clinton Lynch tarmac meeting.
7. Comey courted Fusion GPS and possibly paid them.
8. Comey never got the DNC servers or the lost laptop.
9. Bureau has yet to reveal any work they did on Seth Rich Murder.
10. Comey shows up at televised Senate hearing and has nervous breakdown, saying he wishes he was back in Connecticut, liked his old job, feels sick etc.
11. Bureau attempts to punish Lynch Tarmac meeting whistleblower instead of being concerned about the meeting itself.
12. Around the election, there is a meeting of agents where bias against Trump is blatantly obvious and many agents reportedly say they will “resist” the voters.
13. Mueller becomes special counsel but immediately becomes embroiled in controversy because under his watch at bureau, Uranium One was green lighted.
14. Informant comes out about Uranium One and exposes crimes that were swept under the rug by agency.
15. Agent who made partisan messages against President Trump is removed from special counsel team. Same agent was involved in Hillary email case.

Jim Kallstrom is a very good guy, he should take McCabe’s #2 position after McCabe is forced to resign.

Flynn has only himself to blame.

Either he shouldn’t have lied to the FBI or plead guilty to case of merely faulty memory.

I’d like to save Mueller some time.

It has been well documented by the newspapers that Trump has a defective memory. Trump tends to think something that he wanted to have happened actually happened.

The whole premise of the investigation is faulty.

The Russians are thought by Democrats of helping Trump by providing previously unknown “dirt” on the Clintons.

Shouldn’t Democrats know of this “dirt” at least as well as the Russians?

Unless this “dirt” is promptly revealed by Democrats the investigation should end.

Congress should pass a law requiring Democrats (or others) to provide the “dirt” on the Clintons to the special counsel by no later than 5pm Friday or the special counsel shall cease his work.

You mean that video animation created by the well known and highly regarded aeronautical engineering firm "The CIA"?

“electronic surveillance”

The Russian ambassador is obviously going to be a target of the US.

Unless he’s talking on Russian encrypted phones he’s going to assume the US is listening.

“How one maintains detachment in leading a team that includes numerous anti-Trump partisans in a probe involving one’s close friend and the former bureau for which Mueller served as director goes unexplained.”

The majority of federal civilian workers are anti-Trump.

Mueller would naturally want motivated investigators.

[The above is not to excuse the creation of a make work program for Hillary-loving Democrats.]
