“I have a bad feeling these really are not ‘earthquakes.’”

There have been press reports that actually the Norks nuclear testing has destabilized the area and there are reported incidences where it is thought that major collapses have occurred.
My question is why we are not doing to NK what the Israelis’ are doing in countries that threaten them? Israel takes immediate action to protect itself, why don’t we?
Just asking.

Tokyo earthquake in 1923. Devastating. Didn’t stop them from going into Manchuria in 1931.

1. We are not at imminent existential risk like Israel is.

2. Any attack on NK will presumably result in an instant massive assault on Seoul, with around a million casualties within minutes.
